Aiight i know this is a bit out of the blue, but i want to know from all points of views of your beleifs meaning : do you beleive in a god, heaven & hell, fairys, father christmas etc.Im Athiest i have no beleifs as of yet..and yourselves ?

I did, because it was a one word/one sentence response that added nothing. No offense or anything, we all have em.

this whole thread is about to get closed if it doesnt become relevant. The problem with threads like these, is that it is less of a discussion and more of people making random statements, and people ATTEMPTING to be funny. Also, its a haven for leechers. But, i'll give it another day.

I'm a spiritual Queen. I have no religon, as I do not believe in organized religon in any form whatsoever. I acknowledge the tru and LIVING God every single day of my life, relying and trusting in my inner-intuition for guidance. As far as heaven and hell.... I believe that either or is really something that exists within self. I do not believe in some invisible ghost that will be waiting for me up in the sky. I do believe in a Supreme Being the Original Black man and Creator of all existence, and though his knowledge wisdom and understanding, I enable myself to knowledge and understand self and my rigteous significance on Gods Earth.

I look forward to hearing from more ppl. Feel free to question mind cuz - I will be questioning yours.

first i believe that its not productive to discuss beleifs with people cause a lot of people get sensitive bout shit like this.

as far as space and time and the afterlife i dont believe AT ALL that there exists a divine plan or some cesterial real estate where all the fearful and obedient people go when they die.

just because we have a concious mind (you know that lil voice or voices in ya head) when we are alive does not nessicarily mean that when we die our concious mind (soul, whatever) remains intact much less travels through space to a great new place were there is no pain and niggas eat bison steaks in gold houses.

the concept that our internal power plant (the body has an electrical current) is very intriguing to me along with the question of what happens to that current when the machine is shut of (when we die)

when you shut of the light you're just interupting the circuit power doesnt flow past the switch but the current used to power that light remains in the line behind the switch

When it comes to my beliefs, I'm a bit... ambiguous. Normally, I choose not believe that some spirit who's all knowing is watching over me, with an entire army of flying white guys with wings by side. However, there are some times in my life when some bad things happened where I found myself talking to the man upstairs, so in short: I believe and yet I don't believ at the same time.

Is'nt amazing what people will do in times of trouble?

It is my opinion that the word 'believe' should be stricken from the English language, it bascially means to consider something absolutley true when you have absolutely no proof to back it up. If something is real then to beleive in it is not required because it has proof of its existnence, the term only ever comes into play when the subject is complete bullshit.
However its used is utter crap.
To believe in a god/religion... utter bs no proof.
To believe that you'll pass a maths test... you DONT KNOW until you recieve your results.
To believe in yourself... huh? What is that? You already exist you wont cease to exist if you dont believe in yourself.

My parents are quite religious, but throughout my life, I've found it quite hard to belive in what basically amounts to a fairy tale......... latley I've been trying to find some solace in religion, but I don't know. I still find it odd and hard to belive

I believe you are a very bitter person. I get the fact your not religious, believe me I do. But why do you hold such contempt for people that do BELIEVE and have FAITH?

So your telling me the world would be a better place if no one had beliefs or faith in anything (And it doesn't have to be religion)

Again, I respect your right to believe in nothing. I don't think your stupid because of it. All I, and others, ask is you show the same respect for me and MY beliefs. Your Belief is you believe in nothing. My belief is I believe in Catholicism. To each their own (to an extent)

people who need religion are weak... religion brain washes... you into thinking there is after life... so you arent scared of death... not to mention afraid the only thing you leave behind is bones...thats it know spirit... there is a god... someone who has never been seen before... except for in a book thats not from this time... we know noone that lived then... we cant say this book isnt like modern super hero comic book(in a different form)... people can do what they want... they need this to live a life not filled with worry and fear...

Enjoy life every minute your alive, im going through a bad time right now, but im keeping my head up and still attempting to enjoy myself, if there is a God he loves us all and where all go to heaven blah fucking blah, if not ahh well love life and enjoy it while you can.
