after all the recent garbage releases, i have been waiting for my man jeezy to drop and I love the entire album. the production wise is pretty much the same formular which fits jeezy perfectly.... flow and delivery wise, you gotta love it with jeezy. his lyrics are up to par too.

IMO I doubt it. I havent listened to the album yet so I wont judge it yet but I know his last album was horrible. This first album had some of the worst hooks I have ever heard, beats were also equally as wack, lyrics follow. Hopefully his subject matter steps up for this one. Maybe Im to hard of a critic, Im probabaly still living to far back in the past, I guess the bar for judging albums have dropped far, Its wild. But yeah I'll give this one a listen then report back with my opinion.

^alamoe, you cant make a judgement before you listen to the album. that ensures that you wont like it.
but if this is hiphop album of the year, then hiphop really is dead. atleast for commercial listeners. every song is the same. production hardly changes the entire album, and you could pretty much have anyone rapping over it, sounding the same as jeezy.
id give it a 5/10

Yeah Im not saying the album is wack because I havnt heard it. I was saying based on the music I have heard from him so far, hes garbage. But I will listen to the album. If an artist music is good I'll admit it, I dont just hate an artist. I thought joe budden was wack on his first album, I listened to MM part II and I thought it was damn near classic.

^^Word... haven't heard the new Jeezy but imma see whussup wit it. I bought the first one and it was basically what I expected; straight dope boy rhymes, get on ya grind tracks, and amazing beats. My dude told me he stepped up production on this too, can't wait to hear that Timbaland track. People get mad at Jeezy for what reason ionno.. you can't expect any dope ass hip hop outta him cuz he don't even consider himself a rapper LOL.
