I've seen one episode of it and I think it might be. Just one episode!
It's fucked up and I've got no damn idea what's really happening. And it's got a lot of the annoying japanimation shit. Shit like when somebody is annoyed their face changes to -_-
Hate that. But the animation and the design and everything is goddamn unbelievable. It's called FLCL.

never watched an anime... besides basic ones... when theres nothing else on... but the best animes are strictly in japan... indy shit is always better...

is one of the greatest.... i loved it for its randomness... and they cover like... every single type of anime.. and its sick... buttt... there are only 6 (or 5) episodes of foolie coolie ever made.... and that... makes me sad | |
