1. Each Audio will consist of 1:00-1:30 minutes. No more no less.(Enforced STRICTLY!)

2. Must mention opponents name atleast twice.

3. Verse’s are due this Sunday, September 5th @ Midnight Eastern Time.

4. K.O. Rule in affect. This being 6-0 in the vote tally.

5. If you post your verse after the midnight deadline you will be deducted –3 votes. After that your you have until that Monday @ Midnight to get it up. After that your DQ’d.

6. Voting will be held for 2 days after the deadline. The voting process will be closed Tuesday night sometime.

Lay Low........beat is gay but I dont judge on tha beat just what u do wit it........flow is on point.....could use better breath control cause that weezin is irritating...wait those lines when tha beat stop are not there man....damn thats gonna hurt u....delivery was pretty good on this as well emotion...lyrics had some nice punches wit a lil filler but good shit....tha production was clear enough not tha best but good enough.


Precise........cool beat.........damn tha flow is immaculent, best I've heard in this tourney easy.....delivery is tight and emotion is cool.....seemed really lacking in tha lyrics department.....so ok punches but nothin hard at all....this could hurt u......production for a side note was crap....sounded like u recorded this shit at tha Mardi Gras wit all that background noise...man its a shame u dont have quality cause u have 1 of tha better if not best flows I've seen here.



Overall......damn this was a hard 1 to vote on......on 1 side Lay Low dominated tha lyrics department wit harder punches but on tha other side Precise clearly dominated tha flow department wit tha ill style he came wit......Flow is a very big thing wit me in audios period...Punches are a very, very close 2nd but u cant have an audio without tight flow....lay stumbled at tha end on not being able to hug tha beat when it drop and wasnt playin and tha flow fell off.....that right there is where u fumbled this battle cause u couldve won this if u just stayed on beat tha whole song.....Precise had damn near perfect flow wit some lackluster punches but there was enough content in his lyrics to get him over. This was easily tha hardest vote I've made in this shit.....great job to both u guys.

id say...your flow was good. not better then precise's .. but good enough. with that said.. your lyrics were much better... this beat actually has a better battle feel then precises so it set the tone of this track higher.. the emotion was there quality is iigh....delivery and presence is normal... good good... pretty good track here

precise... u had nice flow, i wasent feeling your little hook.. or bridge.. or wuteva u wanna call ya intro... i think in keeping up with th flow u had to sacrifice some complexity in lyrics... quality.. is.. wow, i wont even go there.. beat is nice.. but i dunno.. to me.. is doesnt scream battle beat..which i think is important to get that tone and type of hype in the track to be nice.. this was good shit too tho

bottom line for me is.... precise had better flow... and although flow is important like skeez stated... lyrics are just as important.. its why i changed my whole beat at the last minute becuz u really do need a balance... with that said.. laylows flow was good, and he had lyrics.. his flow was fine, an upto par for it not to seem a problem area in his track.. but yea..
