1. Each Audio will consist of 1:00-1:30 minutes. No more no less.
2. Must mention opponents name atleast twice.
3. Verse’s are due this Sunday, August 29th @ Midnight.
4. If you post your verse after the midnight deadline you will be deducted –3 votes. If your over a day late another –3. After that your DQ’d.
5. Voting will be held for 2 days after the deadline. The voting process will be closed Tuesday night sometime.

damn nigga, this is why i signed you, lol. your flow was nice, so was your emotion and delivery. lyrics were cool, deer/activist line was nice, so was the closer. overall good shit though, i liked it.
lay low...
this beat is dope, your flow is real nice though. your emotion was nice, so was your delivery, they were on point. you had great lyrics, some nice punchlines, especially the closer. pretty good battle track.
well, when i listened to justin's, i thought it was over, but then i listened to lay low's and he edged justin's track. both came dope though, i enjoyed both tracks. good shit, but vote goes to lay low. | |

Justin...........mixng aint that bad.....I've heard way worse than this. Loving this beat...I would murder this shit lol.........flow is pretty good, u gotta lil slur thats funny but its nothin......emotion was also good....and ya delivery aint bad, u gotta pretty cool mic presence.....I actually listened to this twice.....lyrics were decent couple of nice punches but u was boastin a lil much for a battle though. Production was decent....not as bad as u mad it sound.
Lay Low..........nice beat.....flow has alot of energy....on point all tha way thru......emotion was tight.....delivery was good......lyrics was just clownin......damn.... production was sub-par....lots of breaths and bad slurring or tha effects u used sounded crap...lol. I peeped this twice as well.....real good battle track.
Yeah I gotta give it to Lay Low......he came wit more of a battle track in my eyes just punchin away.......Justin came nice as well but tha flow wasnt as polished and punches not as good but this was tha best battle I've seen so far in terms of quality of tha flow and lyrics so props 2 u both.

Case - Beat was cool. Punches were ok, delivery, quality, and presence were all good. Liked the swirly line. Not bad.
Lay - Beat was nice. Punches were nice. Delivery and presence were good. Quality was lacking, but you said don't count it. Liked the basketball line and your closer. Nice work.

justin - pretty good punches...flow is a little choppy, hmm...delivery is aight..beat is straight...liked the lego block line...
LL - you have like an andre 3000 type vibe to you...lol..umm...whats up with like the echo effect...?? anyways...um..flow is on point for sure...it would sound A LOT better with out the damn echo...punches were pretty good..delivery good...
over all I think LL won this just because he had better flow/delivery...
