heres a few reasons why this game will suck..

Mortal Kombat is weak as piss compared to its superiors over at Street Fighter......and DC is the little jam factory sitting next to the incredible Marvel.

Marvel -vs- Capcom is the greatest fighting game series ever. period.

does anybody actually want to see Superman & Batman -vs- Liu Kang & Scorpion? not me. The possible list of semi-cool combinations turns sour once you realize both sides have very limited longevity in their lineups.

good 1v1 fighting games will always be side-scrolling. while you might think that 3d level dropping looks cool, it SUCKS for gameplay. 1v1 needs to be fast and extremely responsive.


After Street Fighter 4 is released early next year, hopefully Capcom will start a next-gen Marvel -vs- Capcom.
