OK me and a friend of mine were thinking and we came up with a theory that we could create a..(hmm something shell, Its called a something shell forgot the name lmao)
Like when you shoot a bullet there is resistence within the barrel Correct?\
So, What if you were to have Metal Railings inside the barrely charged with static Electricity(To deminish all resistance and t energize the bullet) Would it in Fact go so fast it created enough force To cause a build up of energy that will explode upon impact?
And if so would that mean the bullet broke the barrier of the speed of light?
I was wondering this all day

I think that if you install rails inside of the barrell it may disrupt the rifleing and over all balancing trajectory of the shell. possibly causing an end over end effect maybe reducing overall effectiveness.

first decent response... you were all so quick to jump on him for being stupid but no one gave him a decent explanation why....


now with a little more detail... taking the myth busters approach

first off the design is stupid... you would have to laser cut ring and barrell numerous times to create what you wanted... second off you would need to make a rubber insulant between metal and wring so you wouldnt shock the outside of the gun and barrel....

now

if you were to charge the inside of the barrel with static electricity without harming the user... why would that take away friction? and also... why would that speed up the bullet? lastly ? why would it cause the projectily to explode?

finally.

by some mircale that the first part of your theory worked... and you managed to shoot the bullet (full of electricity) out of your gun... the electricity would just find the fastest way to the ground (through the air) and take it... fucking up the bullets path, causing it to go into an end over end sprawl...

lastly... assuming that all this worked... and it hit and exploded on contact... why the fuck would that break the barrier of light? at all?

No energize the inside of the barrely would push it out with much more force....In theory.
The bullet wouldnt be an electric bullet but it would be Shot out faster when energized...again in theory
