The Cool was garbage IMO. Couple tracks I bump... but not a worthy album or an album I would say is a collectible. Definitely not an opportune album to push something different into the industry like some faggots believe. Like you said, I'd prefer some of Lil Wayne's shit over his whole release. Nigga tried too hard and came with just some bogus material that got portrayed to be lyrical. But in all actuality, it's the same shit you could bump on an album back in '96. Nor was that shit worth buying as a 12" for $45 just cause it was autographed.

i listened to some of it but then i heard that song about the rapper from houston that went from rappin to sellin crack again and i felt like he was hatin on the south and said the hell wit it ......actually i only know of a few chicks that said they liked it

He wasnt hatin on the south, he was actually narrating a suprisingly well detailed story that is likely to be true. In the begining he said, "This goes out to the homie with the drank" which means it was dedicated to someone specifically, but it could be anybody. Damn near everybody that fucks with drugs at all down here sips drank too.
