I'm quitting smoking ciggys today.

I've been smoking for about 2 years, about a pack of Newports every 2 days or so and I feel like poo.

:-( .. I'm not looking forward to coughing up hella shit.

Anyone wanna join me in quitting?

i never was addicted to begin with... but congratulations on your decision to stop.
its deadly, and yes its never too late to quit... especially when you're young and you've still got good lungs.

just dont smoke squares anymore.

congrats. sorry though, aint joinin you just yet.

i've quit before. You just gotta have will power, and NEVER smoke another cig. Not 'once and while' while drinkin or anything. Atleast thats what ruined it for me :(

It gets easy after the first couple days/first week.

i quit cold turkey.... and i was just fine... i never craved cigs like some people did tho... i just liked smoking to enhance my high, cover the smell, or sometimes when drunk and high, i liked to indulge in a cig...

every now and then ill smoke a cig, but i dont buy packs, and at most ill smoke maybe 2 in a night... but those are usually far and inbetween...

I've quit before, but due to an addictive personality, stress, and alcohol I've always started again. Have cut back though from about a pack a day to about a pack every three days so far. Slowly, but surely I'll stop.

Word me too.. except for the weed part unfortunately i just got slapped wit 9 months probation for previous charges earlier this year. FUKK the court system! Yeh dont even think bout it.. now that im like 3 months clean off squares even the smell of their smoke disgusts me.

i go insane without cigarettes, have quite once for 3 months but then it was... one can't hurt.. and that leads back to 25 a day ;p

just to keep you guys updated - i caved in and smoked few withthin the past 2 days. i haven't bought a pack though - which is a good sign.

man it's only been like 3 days? :-/..

i've smoked one today and it's 5:15 ish and i currently don't have any cravings.
