How many of you are familiar with this little doosey in the weight room. I've been warming up with about 20 minutes of this every time I go to work-out which is about 4-5 times a week.
I usually get to about 45-4600m. This shit fucks your body up, arms, shoulders, abs, back, total workout. I've just been warming up with it, but damn.
This gets my full recomendation.
