Why do white people think they know everything, have an answer to EVERY question or have to justify every situation?

EDIT: (for all the sensitive people out there) ...why is it that some white people try to answer every question, even if it doesn't concern them?
for example...i read this post about tha black culture directed towards black people and a shit load of white people were answering.
...and that is why i'm asking tha question that i've asked!
