its posed to be animated...it looks good on my PC, but when i uploaded it on photobucket it fuzzed....so, i just saved a frame:

^thats the point...its a water reflection....the bottom was suposed to move like water, but like i said...its coming out fuzzing instead of moving..

You can have animated sigs, you just can't have FLASH files
as your sigs, that would slow the page load time alot more then what they are know.
They have got to be saved as a .gif
