i think t-mac's confidence took a big drop because he's now in that tightwad, slow ass offense of jeff van gundy's. plus, he's playing with yao ming. i never thought he was better than kobe anyway...no matter what anyone says.

and im hurt that ben wallace is back, lol, now mcdyess' fantasy value is gonna drop on me...the niggas been killing while wallace was gone.

you guys see when george karl said that the sonics' offense resembled that of many european teams? i agree...its a lot of perimeter shooting, with driving and dishing. theyre doing the damn thing though.

whats up with kobe? when is everyone gonna step up, and when is odom gonna get back to averaging that 16 and 8 again? thats what the lakers need...other than shaq back. *sigh*

i dont think t mac confidence dropped, i think he doesn't have much confidence in his team mates and if he's not gonna be allowed to gun like he did last night or in orlando he's gonna feel sort of distant and not be as active. T Mac game is far from complete, its shoot or drive. he has those options revoked for the season, and him telling the team he doesn't want to be leader has Van Gundy sorta like "Well your not going to take 30 fga and not be our leader"
so t-mac like the rest of the rockets happen to be lost right now.

As for George Karl, he just an idiot. Only reason the sonics offense look foreign is because the sonics are great shooters and play team ball while the rest of the NBA can't shoot, and depend on a one on one specialists we cal our stars. Look back at the NBA during the 70s, shit seems awfully familiar and close to home

Lamar Odom will average 16 and 8 soon as he's back on the Eastern Conference

This has been GQ, signing off

The lack of shooting ability is so apparent in the NBA. It's a shame how a lot of players can't make open shots, especially 3 pointers. Often I find myself asking how some of those players make it into the league. No wonder everyone getting international players.

Kobe fell off a little. He used to be consistent. Now he's hot and cold. Carmelo, I don't know what's up with him. Maybe he should have stayed at Syracuse for a couple more years. Lebron has improved his jumper. And he still gettin his chest to rim height. It's sickening to watch him dunk. Jason Kidd needs to transfer. So many stars are fallin off.

lmao@ "especially 3 pointers" thats the hardest shot to make, thats why u get three points for it. The reason people cant shoot is because not every player is on a team to shoot. Some people have specialties. Look at ol Avery johnson, he couldnt guard well, wasnt a great shooter, not a gifted athlete but he had something he did better then 98% of the league. Penetrate, and it kept him in Popovich's system. 85% of the NBA has players who specialize in something. The only reason Internation players popping up is because they specialize at things like shooting that isn't normal for their height(IE: Dirk) meanwhile the states is full of athletes who try to do a little of everything without specializing in one thing, and most, if not all hope to be a star or have people know their name. Their not in the gym imagining kobe drives and kicks the ball out to them for 3. AMERICANS WANNABE DRIVING, THEN DUNKING IT! Anywho, i can see it coming with Americans taking up atleast 20 spots in the first round, and the 2nd round being for picking up foreign guys who "specialize". There's roomers of the third round coming back too, so who knows.

It's easy for Kobe to be colder then it is hot nowadays because you never know what his team mates will produce. His game depends just as much on them as their's to Kobe's.
Carmelo sucks bad this year because everyone sees him coming this time around AND andre miller's flame just burned out. Jason Kidd knows he needs to go, Kidd wants to go. Kidd demanded a trade before training camp even started but now that the Nets MAnagement is lame duck they dont give a fuck. Their just greedy heartless bastards.

o yea....Vince coming to the Knicks
