Fuck what anybody says...despite the thread being created about ea sports v.s. espn... i wanted to get in the basketball subject on these companies and i own both of these games and i would say 2K4 over live 2004 hands down...cause i know everyone else knows that Madden 2004 got NFL 2K4....just wanted to take it to basketball....

man u kids are crazy actually thinking live is better i mean i know yall got yall own opinion...but damn i feel as though i posted the wrong game or something i'll break it down like this... Live for many years has been a very very very fast paced game ...EA finally decided to slow down on the game speed a little this year....Live is mainly fun when you playing against friends cuz its not that much of a challenge to score...the game is fucking crazy cuz you can damn there score like 30 points in the first quarter...shoot and almost hit unlimited 3 pointers... and in 1 out of 4 games you can get a quadruple double...one of live's best features is the freestyle control and thats it...ESPN on the other hand has WAY WAY WAY better graphics then live.... Gameplay is realistic cuz taking jumpshots is actually challenging within itself and the isomotion just completely dominates Live's Freesytyle control....and they have more moves when defenders are trying to block or steal the ball.....
