Rep Power: 7 | moving on out i got the boot. my old lady said it was time for me to leave. im only 17. ive got like 3 more years of bludging left in me. if any one of you had kids you think youd let them stay at your house till at least 18 or 19 no matter how pissed off they made you.
cant belive we went from kids who cried to their mothers when they scrapped their knees. to being hung over teenagers yelling at thier parents to close your bedroom door at 2pm on sunday.
so the real question is.. do you think you could be happy knowing that the one person whom you have created. although hes a dissapointment. can you be content with never having him apart of you "family life" again?
how can you go from seeing someone every day and having them to depend on, to having nothing.
i suppose it could be worse. on my departure i am reciving 200 dollars and all my debts wiped\
(i owe my old man like 5 grand)
comments will be appreciated

i feel you on the being a disapointment part.
i read somewhere, "how would you like to have you for a child"
you gotta put yourself in their shoes, of course your parents going to hurt. they been on you for 17 years and hoping you'd turn out the way they wanted.
17 years.. is a long time. they want you to make something of yourself, thats part of the reason they kicking you out. "teach you a lesson".
i guess its the sort of thing that 'youll understand when you have children of your own.'
its a cruel cycle. |

Rep Power: 7 | agreed killr. i hate that sentence. "would you let your som talk to you that way".
i said to my old lady yesterday. how come you didnt smack some shit into me when i was a kid. mighta made me turn out for the better. she told me i used to laugh instead of cry and nothing scared me.
she said. youll say when your 25 "why didnt you smack some shit into me when i was 16"
it sucks i just dont learn lessons.
ive moved out once before when i was 15. and i couldnt handle it i ran out of money. spent it on booze and weed instead of saving it. so i mean if i failed once how is this time gonna be any different at all. but apparently. this is it. ive got to make it work. she said its like marraige you just got to make it work.
i give it two moneths untill im under a bridge somewhere

Rep Power: 10 | well, being kicked out is a good thing, ( well from my lesson) it teach you how to be a man and learn how to hold your own weight. My parent didn't kick me out but at the age of almost 15, I decided to start living with my brother because we had alot in common and he was like a mentor to me and shit even though I was the only son around my parent and I felt like I should have stay and protect them since they are so old and also help them with stuff but I just can't stand my moms and I dont even know who the fuck my dad was because the one who I was so call told suppose to be my dad went off one day with a fucked up comment sayin "whoever my moms fucked ended up producing a fucked up result and that muthafuka is me and I aint got any part of it" so that shit just blow me.
I mean living with my bro and my step dad was just great and then around 17 me and my bro got an apt. now im living with my cousin ( reason is because i can't get my own apt since my credit is fucked up )
but being on your own, you can learn alot
Learn how to live and maintain yourself.
learn how to hustle and struggle during hard times
and finally learn how to be independent and having your own private life cause u wont be under anyone's roof so u can do you. fuck bitches till 4 AM or whatever.
But a 17 years old like you, I think u can do it.
Just get a good job and find a room mate.
good luck |

I don't know you well, bro, but all I can say is use this as an experience, rather than a burden. Everyone's bound to leave home sometime, and you lucked out in a sense because when you're still young, you will have learned a lot that many people never do until maybe their 20's or 30's. Stay up, homie and have yourself a good one. |
