If your 6'3 you should be doing this easy. Im about 5'9 and have been dunking since i was 5'7 and 15 years old. Just keep practicing though, don't think so much about it. And just Jump. Don't know what to tell ya.

uhh..lol unless i was seein it wrong it looked like you were dunkin real easily..i mean ovbiously nothing big, but you were definately dunking
Im workin on bein able to dunk too, but see i cant palm a basketball and im about 250lbs lol
so i got a little challenges to work out, but im fairly close to gettin there

well it seems like a 360..
I'm tryin to windmill and some more fancy shit, but so far i can do a vert with 1 hand, 1 hand 360 and just a regular 1 hand runner.....
I tried to dunk with 2 and fell on my ass....
