LIL wayne -vs- Plies!!

You know as i traveled to miami i had enough time to listen to both wayne and plies latest CDs and after several plays of each i came up with this opinion!


Plies CD is way! way! better each of his songs if you listen through the whole song is better than waynes songs.

in fact waynes lyrical delivery is horrible and sometimes indecipherable!
while Plies country drawl is agrivating to non southerners he clearly relays
his lyrics better.

Plies song "24 hrs" i think thats the name of it is as good or better than anything on waynes CD. his I`m the man" song is the truth.

only thing is he raps about serving hoes alot!

Xylo I thought you were one of the few ol heads on here that I could respect they opinion on almost anythang but not this brethren, not this. There is no way, Plies of all people, made a better cd than Lil Wayne. I dislike the Carter 3, but it has some riiiiiiiidiculous joints on there where he goes off lyrically. I don't respect P-lies because P, LIES. He never lived anythang he rapped about. I've seen interviews wit him and I know cats from his brother's hood in Fort Myers, HE DON'T LIVE THAT LIFE. So therefore, no matter how dope his production is and how well is album was arranged, lyrically alone Wayne shitted on him... even thought Wayne aint have a single classic song on his cd.. "A Millie" shits on everythang P-lies could offer.

Nuff respect Jabbs my baby brothers from out in FT MYERS, what i do like about plies is his production is clean you have to admit and that alone makes his music sound better he bring that florida type rythym.

Now we all know that up north mcees use mad punches but down south we aint incorporating punches as much as up north (some guys down here use them though) but to me wayne sounds wack and he only had a song or two that even raised my eye brows and think abit.

We should listen to mufukkas who know what they are talkin about instead of fallacies and fantasies by mufukkas who dont really have a clue or first hand experience wit whats comin out they face. They of course gotta be able to make good music and spit decently enough to rock the beat. Plies does none of the above. He almost as bad as Mike Jones lyrically.
