Liposuction if your tryna lose lots of weight in 10weeks, which is just under 3months- you wouldnt get a 6pac off that unless you did exercise till you passed out, ate the healthiest food ever made and all that.

Madd fluids.. light meal before bed, fill yourself up with water(force yourself) or juice w/e..
^you'll feel hungry later but just keep sporting yor craving with juice..

Nah fool dont listen to Typhris, juice has mad sugar... u needa drink WATER.. or atleast split the juice in half wit water or seltzer...

Mad fiber, mostly protein meals wit low carbs, alotta fukkin cardio and ab work outs, and dedication. Ull be straight.

take your weight and divide it by 2 and thats how many ounces of water you need to drink everyday and cuz all the salt you can outa your diet because it causes you to retain water....eat whole wheat food for lots of fiber, not bread though unless its ezekiel bread and lots of fish and other foods high in protein....hit the tread mill about n hour everyother day and n eliptical about half hour and do lots of crunches n sit-ups and whatever weights you wannna hit

cut back on unhealthy food some dumb fucks still eat unhealty while they run or lift weights there no point if you eat unhealthy..

Try an hour of cardio at least 3 to 4 days a week. Incorporate that with some weights. Change your diet. That doesn't mean you have to stop eating what you like but you do have to make some adjustments. Portion control is the key and drink lots of water. Limit fried foods unless they are cut out all together. When you feel full, STOP eating. I am going through the same thing but I don't consider myself to be fat. Just thick and beautiful. You probably are too. Don't be so hard on yourself. Stay focused and don't give up. It's easier than you think. Find a partner to work out with to gain motivation if necessary. If you are into music, buy an MP3 player and download beats that get you going. Listen to those for motivation while you are at the gym. Good luck!

eat salads, fruits, low carb and calorie foods, french fries(yes they do help you), and rice cakes... Run every day about 25 mins, or if you are to "big", walk till your in shape to run, until you lose flub of your stomach, those abs will not appear, i been working out for 7 months every other day, i mean im cut and alot bigger than i was, but you will not do that in 10 weeks like you desire.

Eat good, dont strave your self because that is the worst thing you could do.

Go to the gym. You could always do surgery but if you have the money other than that, Head to the gym and spend most of your time there.
