and how is it obvious that he has troubles? he barely made an effort.. he made one post.. im having a hard time beleiving he looked all around the site and found only general discussion to post this..

all im saying is.. if someone presents themselves seriously and is looking for the help.. then the help will be there.. you should know we deal with bullshit kids everyday who dont stay longer than 10 posts.. long term members dont get away with this.. so why should someone new not hafta follow the rules and code of conduct..

correct me if im wrong but did there not use to be a sticky about rules for each section and code of conduct on the board and all that kinda stuff.. things for people to read and learn their way about the site so that we dont get these unnecessary threads trafficing the wrong sections? if not maybe we should bring them back..

How can YOU fucking put an overview on how much 'effort' he put into his post lol.. and you don't need to have a hard time believing he looked all around the site. That's not your job as moderator. Your job is to be helpful, and impassive to all members. He presented himself serious enough, he posted a callout, and wanted to integrate himself into this online rap community. If you want the kid to follow the conduct rules and guidelines, then you have to direct him.. the fuck.. and nobody reads the sticky's, you know that, and everybody knows that, it is a tacit fact.

please joe.. you question how im acting now..? i am helpful to those who seek it.. when they can present themselves as adults and mature members.. then they will recieve the help and information they seek.. terribly sorry if i dont see a post like this as something worthy of my attention other than to close it.. has he been back in search of more aid? nope.. do i think he'll be back..? possibly to say that everyone in this thread is shook of his skills..

we both know kids like this come and go.. and not because mods dont give them the catering they need.. its because this is what they do.. roam from board to board boasting their the best unknown next big thing for texting since cell phones.. you cant help everyone joe.. only those who want it.. you hafta pick and choose your battles persay..
