The Gears of War one was weak besides the giant spider thing.

Halo 3, bleh. It was more grandiose but Bioshock's still better.

Have you seen the gameplay footage from Bioshock..? Looks kinda weak, almost like "Condemned" with enemies basically attacking, then waiting for you to shoot them, then repeating the same attack. Looks boring..

Could get better when it's finally released.. but as of now looks weak.

Doesn't look even close to weak!!!!!!!!!!! it looks fucking awesome. THe ambience and atmosphere alone will make it unbelievable. The footage looks better than a fucking CG movie. will succeed half-life 2 as "best game ever". And don't start crying about how Half-Life 2 was overrated or some nonsense. It was underrated by the masses of haters if anything. Bioshock looks fucking amazing.

meh.. Half Life 2 on every console sucked..! Bioshock looks weak as of now.. that "ambience" doesn't compare to anything in GOW.

Fucking BULLSHIT. To your first statement, HL2 was a PC game, so fuck how it performs on the consoles. To your second, Gears of War is a fucking generic ass shooter with no originality, no creativity, no innovation and no vision. It does what it does well, but to compare that to Bioshock is fucking stupid as hell. The ideas, the writing, the art, the story, the gameplay dynamics, all the countless ideas and all the ambition...there's no comparison.
