my boss is trippin becuase ive been having to leave work a lot lately, my kid has been real sick, and i gotta be there with him ya know?
Anyway my boss is coming to talk to me in like three hours and i really look up to him, and i wanna talk to him and tell him that i havent been taking advantage of him and that my kid really has been sick, and i dont want to get fired.
im just lookin for some input aout how some other people would handle it because i have a tendancy to get a little carried away so if you have any ideas let me know thanx

Try to remain calm & relaxed, & speak fluently.
Get the topic onto the health of ypur family azs soon as possible.
Try to focus on that, so it seems hes being compassonate..
Then The subject of work should remain secondary.

lol i agree with rythmatikz juss tell em the truth explain to him that you child is not in the best of health and u have been trying to do all that u can... juggling between ur job and being a father he'll understand... just remember wit out ur job u cant support a family...ask him if maybe u can get some time off.... or if u have sick days or paid vaca use that.
and if it comes to the point where u cant get any time off see if a family member can help u out by watching your kid that is what familys for isnt it

If it's the truth, then be openly honest with him and don't lie, they can tell when you're lying, so don't. If duke comes out his face wrong igore it, then write i professional letter to both y'all supervisor explaining what's going on with you and fam, and then reply given to you by your supervisor, remember, if you do dd your work affectively, your bosses won't trip, reason being, they don't won't to responsible for your lack of performance.
