They have two big advantages:
1. Tom Brady has the big game experience when the Pats won the Super Bowl a while back. He has a great arm and he has four major targets he can throw to. Deion Branch, Troy Brown, and David Givens are recievers all capable of making a big play. Plus, Larry Centers is the best recieving full back ever.
2. Due to injuries, many players have gotten to start a game for the Pats. With their regular starters returning, New England probably has the best depth in the NFL. They Have One Big Disadvantage:
1. Their running game is terrible. Antowain Smith and Kevin Faulk both rushed for just over 640 yards, and both are not a sure thing on 3rd and short plays. Tom Brady cannot throw the ball the whole postseason, and one of those two guys must step up. |
