there's still no "Red Magic". What you do get is Mr. Earl "Jail Cell" Simmons on both the Intro and the Outro. Now my guess would be it's him doing his usual prayers, but hey, I've been wrong before. And let's be honest, are the prayers really working anyway. Yea, I just took it there. Also The Game has a special edition coming out with the cover above. This cover looks better than his original cover in my opinion, but who can say no to kids right? I really am anxious to hear this album, I will be right about one thing. This will sell more than G-Unit, and will teeter between Great Album and Classic. Write that down!

El earned his lyrical stripes as a member of the revered hip-hop outfit Slum Village, alongside J Dilla. He recorded an album that was slated for release in 2000, but it never saw the light of day. So, you can only imagine the level of anticipation behind The Preface's arrival.

Joe Budden has kept a relatively low profile since his self-titled debut album went gold in 2003, earning him a Grammy nomination for best male rap solo performance. Despite his successful debut, Budden’s sophomore album sat on the shelves at Def Jam for nearly four years.

Despite the numerous setbacks, Jump Off Joe Budden kept busy during those years, accumulating a massive internet fan base by releasing the critically acclaimed “Mood Muzik” series of mixtapes, collaborating with artists such as Fabolous, Clinton Sparks, and Joell Ortiz, and engaging in highly publicized feuds with other rappers like Jay-Z, The Game, Prodigy and Ransom.

After finally cutting ties with Def Jam in 2007, Budden signed with Amalgam Digital, the booming independent responsible for launching hip-hop’s first genre-specific digital retail store. Amalgam promises to release Joe Budden’s highly anticipated sophomore album, “Padded Room” on October 28, 2008. The album will be available in stores worldwide in both physical CD and digital format.
