Help!

^Strong made that for me and i wanna get it into my sig but everytime i try it comes up with that message that its too big with the pixels or the .KB size. i've tried re-sizing it myself in paint and then uploading it onto photobucket but it still comes up with the same message, i know that the above image is big enough but its just not working..any suggestions or can someone fix it for me?
