He was wrongly diagnosed.. the funny part is what he did when he learned that he was "dying" and didn't have long to live. He sold ALL his shit.. and spent ALL his savings, took trips around the world.. basically did everything he wanted to do before he got the bad news. Then, after spending everything and being completely broke, he finds out that the hospital made a mistake. Now he's healthy.. but has nothing. The hospital made a mistake but they didn't tell him to act like a complete fool and spend all his money. He's a dumbass.

I have to comply with STRONGARM on this one. It's obvious this man had alot on his mind for the moment of his actual demise; as you all can see he had a big agenda. (Unless of course STRONG was merely exaggerating the whole 'trips around the world' statement.) But, this just goes to show that spending limitless amounts of currency is not a very intelligent thing to do here on planet Earth. Now, what's funny to me is ... that he can sue the Hospital just because he deliberatly threw away cash on nonsense & has no reasonable explanation to justify why, except ... - "The Doctors told me I was going to die." But, where/when did they tell you to spend/distribute ALL of your goods because of a diagnosis?

And actually he's trying to sue the hospital but he most likely won't win since an independant hospital looked at his case file and said they would have came to the same diagnosis. Bottomline: ALWAYS, ALWAYS get a second opinion. And never assume the worst. Tommy Morrison, the former WBO Heavyweight boxing champion was diagnosed with HIV. Now.. years later, they've concluded he infact DOES NOT have HIV, and has NEVER HAD IT..! Imagine if he would have given up on life.. think about people who commit suicide who were wrongly diagnosed. Shit happens.
