uhm yeah he downloads the free downloads and makes songs then sells the single on his soundclick.. i asked a couple of the beat makers on my buddy list like koncept and paze the billz(paze productions) and they dont know about it so i started lettin all the beat makers i know know..

And..? I stole a beat from n.e.m.e.s.i.s off Soundclick that he was trying to sell. Spit RIGHT OVER his little tag too, the one to *ahem* prevent people from jacking it. lmao..

People steal mainstream music and sell that shit all the time on Soundclick, how is this any different.!? Those "Producers" you know should be happy to get some exposure.. cuz as far as I know Twist ALWAYS gives them credit for the production.

doesnt mean its his to fuckin make money off of.. they dont need exposure from twist.. thats negative light in my eyes.. they also have copyrights and restrictions on their beats.. which most yes you can take and use but not sell and ones who say its cool say if you sell over 2000 or 1000 copies of that song or product you owe royalties...

you are not allowed to use people's beats to make money you are allowed to use them for promotional purposes only.. which means for free shit if you want to sell the beats use it for a demo or to get radio play you are to lease the beat that is the law "stupid" hence copyrights and restrictions.. when you download some one's beats you are agreeing to their terms and conditions

i just hate seeing someone steal someone else's music to make money not that twist is..

The beats are free for non-profit use. If he made a profit then they have something on him.. but I wouldnt be scared. Bitch move for telling on Twist though. I steal beats off SC all the time.

bitch move?.. telling on?.. he stole its just as bad as biting.. its stealing music, i mean i understand if you dont care cause you a biter but still.. and how is lettin people i respect as musicians know that someone is makin money off of there music tellin on him.. was whoever caught you biting tellin on you or callin you out.. you dont need money to hire a lawyer when you have copyrights through a website that has terms and conditions when you upload your track.. they have the lawyers my friend..

but yes a good 5-10 of them are on the CD and sold on his myspace as singles for money
