Football is the number 1 sport in this country, and they play with pads which actually can be used as weapons and make the game more physical. If you hit someone with a shoulder pad, the force of that hit plus the hard plastic are going to make a harder impact than just hitting someone with a bare shoulder. The pads don't make it any less physical | |
