I won't watch it cause fat joe is in it. I don't support rappers who do movies and they play "gangsters" and shit. Bad acting is no good. Mos def is ok though cause hes hilarious. Pac of course...Well there are some that are ok and acceptions to the rule but theres not many.

John ligazamano is a bad guy? Good Guy? Drug Dealer? Gangster? i dunno what the fuck he is but i can't really picture him playing the role of any of those so i can't watch this movie. I personally think its stupid. But maybe i'd change my mind if i saw it. I'll wait for it on hbo and get back to you guys.

Word. Only movies i seen twice at the movie theatres are Brown Sugar and Spiderman. Those i could say are good movies. Spiderman not as good but Brown sugar i could watch everyday. I'll have to go check out this empire movie to see what the fuss is about.

i heard it was garbage from some people... -- also, that the critics gave it one star, but the critics are usually fucking wrong and the majority are plain out stupid... -- i want to go see it.. i was going to on saturday, but we got there late, like 5 minute... plus their were atleast 20+ people waiting in line, which was going to be another 10-15 minute.. so we said fuck it and went to the mall, heh... --

all the reviews i read gave it a B or better...an' thats sayin somethin cuz like you said, critics usually dont know shit.

but uh....john leguizamo is a crack dealer tryin to finish up on the streets and he makes a deal that goes sour...

i wanna see it...he's hott.

My cousin saw it and said it was really good. But my cousin is really into action flicks and conflicts like that. So probably for a street/gangster type movie the flick doesn't fail to disappoint.

word. i saw it a week ago or so.

its coo. yeh.. its about a drug dealer.. he gets into some shit. and his best bud dies..yada yada.. then he tries to get more money.. but some guy plays him. yeh.. he gets the guy back.. but he still doesnt have the money he owes.. then he tries to run away to the islands.. but he gets shot when hes trying to turn on his car to go see his baby boy.

it was pretty good.. acting was good. i agree with kate. hes hot. and .. it was funny at times. some action..

i give it.. a B+
