| Re: El-P's new album... No, you can't compare it to "Fantastic Damage" either. They are a lot more busy, sounds flying everywhere kind of beats then what you are used too if you can understand what I'm saying.

| Re: El-P's new album... 40 percent of Fantastic Damage's beats fit that description - I'll have to listen and judge for myself.

| Re: El-P's new album... Well even more then.
I can't remember when the last time was I got hyped over an album release, well this is one of those rare moments. This album has everything I hoped for. The beats I can only describe as apocalyptic noises and I didn't expect anything less. The methaporic content of the lyrics is as incredible. All tracks are full lenght urban landscapes on their own.
I tried to approach my little review as Vulgaresque as I could.

| Re: El-P's new album... To approach as Sim, I am physically bound to listen to this CD. Thanks for the preview - that fits the description of The Cold Vein, which I am convinced that nothing can compare to.

I really loved that track, It was a new sub-genre In my oppinion that I'd name 'Fantasy-gangsta' haha. Experimental, alot of those clashing-objects sounds as In steel factories you know. Pretty detailed sound.
He has more good tracks, but I actually bumped 'Stepfather Factory' In my car. |
