Didn't want to derail the mag thread so, thought I'd address this here

The site is growing, almost 20,000 deep. notice we average 25+ registration per day
but the sad part is most of the new heads are not that active so I dont know what we
are saying or doing wrong for new heads not to like our environment.

I think the reason it's not alot of activity caus not everyone who sees this site raps, or does poetry, or anything else of that nature. 95% of the active people here rap, how many new member actually(or want to start pretending to) rap? My guess is somewhere around 10%, and that throws people off. I tried to get people who aren't involved with it to join the site and it's the same thing all the time.

Even in general discussion it would be wierd for someone to be surrounded by people like us. I understand where they're coming from too. It's kinda hard, if not impossible to change that.

half the site just chills in non rap forum...only people who battle..audio go into those forums..dont see why people cant see that

well im new to the site and i think the atmosphere is just fine... I dont consider myself a newbie cause i know where my skillz are at, but im still a newb to you guys... and ive been treated just fine... iono how my account didnt get deleted when i registered in 02 and never posted until this week... i guess you like me.... you really really like me....

but ive even got some comical comments on reputation points from people who look like they are well known or have been around awhile...


so i wouldnt say the problem is you guys, its them...
