i need help..
my pc locks up from time to time. like, it freezes to where i have to hard start it again because both mouse and keyboard stop responding. any video animations on webpages stop as well. it's unpredicatble to why it happens.
i've ran antivirus, spybot, spyware doctor, registry cleaner and ad-aware. i dont think its HD problem, but somehting else, i had a diff video card in my PCI slot and took it out today and it still locks up. i took to shops and they say they fixed it, but .. no. faggots lied to me.
this is a good pc. 42 Gig HD, CDWR/DVD, good sound crad, good video video card.
could it be the motherboard? what could it be? it's not an overgeating problem either cause i had 2 fans in it and it still did it.
should i just take my parts and build a new pc?
i have 128 RAM and some techs tell me I need more BUT my sister PC got 64 RAM and it don't freeze like that. |

^^lol,... but my old computer used to do that shit all the time, it used to lock up and freeze and then the screen wouldnt come on, some dude kept fixing alot of times, but it always kept happening, then somebody else said that the shit was fried, dont kno how it happend it had like 2 fans in it, but i had to get a new comp all together thou, i kept scannin it for viruses and stuff but none of it worked... | |

What you might wanna do is reinstall your OS.
That used to happen to me alot, then some dude
told me that it might be due to a corrupt OS.
So I reinstalled windows.And it has'nt happened in a while..

I need full specs.
Has it always froze up from time to time? Or is this a recent event?
If video (or is it gif animations?) is causing the slowdown it seems its either the graphics card, graphics card drivers, bad video codecs or RAM.

You probably aint got enough free space on your computer.
Try Using DISK DEFRAGMENTER + DISK CLEANUP For your Hard-Disk.

its gotta be either low ram or somethin wit the hard drive
