uhm torrentz are very popular and most DJ's and shit put out instrumental CDs otherwise limewire is a decent source

Man, I was half asleep when I read this and when you said instrumentals, my mind registered 'instruments' so I was like "What could this guy be talking about?" But now I understand, umm your best bet is p2p's or there is a download section here. But also soundclick used to have pages with instrumentals on them if you have a soundcard with an in and out you can record them straight from the flash player. Anyway, hope that helps.

The output where a headphone amp or monitors would go should plug in via RCA into the input where a microphone or mixer goes. Use your regular recording software, hit record and then hit play on the song and then if all is well it should just record it. Kind of a vague answer but if you could tell me the soundcard you have I can get a picture and explain a little better.

Do you have a Record input? Because you just run a 1/4'' line from the headphone output to the Record In, and it should do the same.
