I happened to catch this debate on ESPN about on whether college athletes should get paid or not? What do yall think? Should they be paid?

They were talking about that sometimes scholarships don't cover the whole cost of school. High profile college athletes with nothing to eat, since they cant hold jobs because of the season. They should at least get a monthly stipend or something.

Another problem is that not every school makes as much money as some of the big name schools. A lot of people used to say that kids shouldnt make the jump to the pros without goin to college. Low-income student-athletes want to provide for their families. Why struggle through college when you can get paid millions?

^^Agreed...They should get something...I mean yeah, they are getting an education...But, they aren't bustin' their asses on the field for that education...They are doing it for the chance to go to the NFL/NBA/MLB to make that $$ yo...
