its kind of hard to break this down dude, cos im not sure where your bars end.. so i just gave up and read it.. it was all pretty decent. Some played shit in there, maybe thats cos you been out for some time or sumin. but it was all cool. flow was decent

my overall vote goes to the Ruckus himself.. i preffered rucks flow and structure. both decent verses and respect to both for showing and making the league interesting.. yeah - good battle dudes

This battle was very one sided but at the same time weak as fuck..ruck didnt come to good at all..his bars lacked the spice they needed to be hard hitters but he still came with some decent flips..his flow was on as well as structure and he had a few bars thrown in there that were pretty good..precise didnt bring much to the table at all..his bars were very stretched and he didnt even really throw any good punchs out there..it's obvious both have some shit to work on..precise you should work on your format,flow and forming shorter but harder hitting lines..you lost me a buncha times where the rhymes were just horrible that i could barely find where the bars were ending..ruck, you already know whats good..you used to be a top bl battler..once that rust is off i dont see you having much of a problem at all..nice battle fellas..
