'N be me , or well leg ... I broke my shin In 2 playing football 'n how that happened Is a mistery but I'm on mad tyllenol 'n had a morphine Injection cause my splintered bone poked Into my nerves 'n tore a muscle and It still hurts like a bitch.
I smoked a blunt to prevent pain but that didn't help , I rarely smoke these days but on occasions like these I make my exceptions. Tomorrow I'm going to the gym working on the Injury with some personal trainer I haven't met yet. Yeah It came out of the bleu , just In a rush 'n we called a play 'n I realized when I stood I was just bouncing left to right with one leg 'n It was like It was gonna fall off right there. So they carried me off the field , 'n It was even a fucking training match with like 15 minutes to go.
I'm no pro player but still ... I need to exercise cause else I'ma grow fat 'n my woman ain't gonna like that. |

i broke my hand in like 4 different places..n that shit hurts like a muafucka..well it did..i went through surgery n doc said he had to fix tendons n muscles cuz they were damaged n when i woke up shit was poundin..but i smoked a few blunts aswell n drank a few drinks n im all hood on the pain..i gotta go through physical therapy in a week to re-learn how to move my hand..shit is wack..

word im still going through physical therapy on my ankle and foot.. doc says i probably got another 6-8 mos at leats before i can play sports
i had to retrain my toes to move and i still have hardly any flexibility in the shit.. i spend 15-30 mins stretching the shit and its like getting put in a ken shamrock ankle hold every rip
good luck with your shit.. hope your caf doesnt shrink up like mine did..
