Re: Are You Serious. . . . He lost touch with the real world, he glorifies his movement without looking at It from a sober perspective. He doesn't realize what's really there and what's not, he created a certain Image In his head and he goes along with that. He has a big group of 'followers' or fans or whatsoever because of the 'Purple City Byrd Gang' etc. and having alot of different artists on a roster. That makes him feel like a man with power, cause he's the big guy In their situation.
But what he forgets Is that It's about how nice you're on a mic, not how many men you got behind you. He can take on the world with those peons of his, and he could beat them up etc. but that doesn't matter. He's not talking hip-hop, he's not putting hip-hop Into his music he represents his so called 'movement' and that's It. Period.
He tends to forget what he's really doing, and what he's really doing Is rap. And we all know he's a fuck up lyrically, he cannot compete on a level with 'Nas' or 'Jay-Z' and he probably knows. |
