so, i just lost my uncle at the tender age of 51... the only one out of the few i have that isn't a druggy and actually took care of his family, an awesome father, husband, grandfather and uncle.
and beyond that i just had my arraignment and am now facing 3 years in the state pen over some bullshit charges and the 50+ hours of work per week still aren't enough to pay for my lawyer...
but im STILL smiling.

I hate seeing bad news especially on Christmas day but try to stay on the positive side and keep your head up. at the age of 51 is really more of a young age to die. I wont even try to get into why you facing 3 years but I hope you are able to beat it. Get legal advice and shop around for good lawyers with great reputation and cred.
