a nigga named King Handles, was doing that russian squat shit(you know that lil dance thingy where it looks like they just finna fall on they ass, but they be hopping?) he was doing a move that looked similar to that, but dribbling the ball through his legs fast as hell, you couldn't even tell the ball was going through his legs....

I tried to imitate those 2 move, and needless to say....I damn near dislocated my hip.....and my wrists...
