Default Alright I Need HELP

k im skinny as fuck and im sick of it....been skinny all my life and its a bitch... just watched the movie the machinest and so now im like fuck this is gay! (btw im not even close to that bad)

Anyways i tried protien shakes but i didnt stick with it.. first of all it was annoying as hell and a bitch to mix everytime i wanted a drink... wich isnt that big a deal but yeah also it gave me mad pimples so i was like fuck this..

alright so im really not knowing how to put on some weight... i always think that its cause i play alot of hockey and im pretty active and i just dont eat that much.. like if i ate as much as i did i'de be fine if i was lazy.. but since im always sweatin my ass off i loose it... not sure tho..thats just what i always think.... but as far as eating and metabolism and stuff like that i dont know anything about it

so im just wondering anyones opinions... some advice.. maybe i'll try protein again i dunno.. i just need to bulk up cause its been long enough already. so yeah please i need to do something that ACTUALLY works. if u have some expiriences let me know.. i hate doing shit where i dont know what will happen

I gained 30lbs of muscle since April. Go back to the protein shakes. No creatine tho because that weight is just water, and temporary(or atleast just for my body). I'll look on myshit later for the ingredients you should be looking for in a shake(or atleast what i look for). Make sure you drink it after a high calorie meal(extra calories mean extra mass). Drinking before then will fuck up your appetite and you need to eat. After you get your diet right(speak to a Dr. about specifics) you should start weight lifting(low reps, high weights). You don't really need to do, excercises since you're active in hockey. Weight lifting is the key to toning up the added weight. Actually some cardio would help.

If you want to build mass, overload your skinny ass with protein and carbs. Not dirty ass fried chicken protein either. I'm talkin grilled, boneless, skinless chicken breast and brown rice with gravy or somethin. As far as the weight lifting... high weight, low reps for mass. I'm pretty sure that's how it goes. 3 sets of like 6-8 reps of CLOSE to your max. You want to push yourself, not kill yourself. Whey protein powder is also your friend... even though it tastes like concentrated, powdered ass. Eat around 6 times a day. Not big meals, but enough to stop you from being hungry.

A general rule of thumb I heard is that you should take in as much protein as you weigh, in grams. So if you weigh 150, at the end of the day you should've had 150 grams of protein throughout the day. It sounds like a lot, and it sorta is, but it's better for you in the long run. Hit the weights maybe 5-6 times a week for an hour or two a day and rest in the middle.

That's what I do anyways.

Just go to your local GMC or nutritionist and see what they can recommend. You should try creatine. That helps build fat cells which you can sculpt into serious biceps. Along with a few vitamin pills they could recommend I think you'd be straight.

I wouldn't reccomend taking any supplements. They're designed to SUPPLEMENT your already working diet/routine... not to take the place of your original diet. I don't take them cuz I'm still new at this and there's really no need to.

Creatine is hit or miss I hear. Some people have good results, some people get fucked up. A common side effect I've seen is a puffy ass face. Maybe you can counter it if you take it in moderation... I don't know. I still have shit to learn though. I could be wrong.
