Default Re: Young Jeezy Says Nas Has No Street Credibility

Southern rap just isnt what YOU want out of it.. however some of the greatest mcs ever are from the south

Scarface, luda and outkast for starters

they know how to make good music.. just because it doesnt fit your predefined notions of what YOU think hip hop is doesnt make it any less valid

in the south its about making something smooth to listen to.. something to get hype to etc etc

they tend to be more about the emotion and feel then anything else

for example.. devin the dude.. i dont think hes ever spit a punchline in his life and hes one of the most enjoyable rappers to listen to there is.. never talked about anything but pussy and getting high

its different.. you always claim you dont hate on southern music then go on for another 7984304983 posts in 489327492347 threads talking about southern music killed it

NY gave us mase and diddy in shiny suits? and NY's pure?

come on man

all you really here is the pop music and most of it is good musically.. well laid down flow wise good voices and deliveries.. tracks that beat up.. you just want that back in the days NY shit.. which is cool but your endless bashing of southern music.. well i hope it makes you feel better about your day because you havent swayed one person towards your belief
