Then leave the restaurant. Or sit in the non-smoking section. You dont have more of a right then smokers to go to a restaurant. Now if the business owner chooses to make it a non-smoking restaurant, then more power to them, its there restaurant. But government intervention is bullshit. And if there was enough outcry from people that wanted stricly non-smoking restaurants, then smart businessmen would open non-smoking restaurants.
and non-smoking bars are a joke. If you dont like smoke in a bar, leave. Theres plenty of other places to get drunk. Anyways, most people go to a bar looking to drink poison and have sex with strangers. And people say smoking is the only health hazard there? come the fuck on.
