Re: im still fat eat salads, fruits, low carb and calorie foods, french fries(yes they do help you), and rice cakes... Run every day about 25 mins, or if you are to "big", walk till your in shape to run, until you lose flub of your stomach, those abs will not appear, i been working out for 7 months every other day, i mean im cut and alot bigger than i was, but you will not do that in 10 weeks like you desire.
