^ body builders around the 5% area.

for ur abs u should really do every possible excercise u can. becuase after a while if u dont switch things up ur abs will adapt an stop growin. when that happens either really up ur training regimen or switch things up.

for a really solid ab workout you should do.

anywhere from 100 - 200 crunches
3 sets of leg lifts (where u lay down on the ground put ur hands on ur lower back an lift ur legs up an down (not letting them hit the floor) for atleast 20 reps)
100 sit ups
and maybe an ab roller if you have one. for a good number of reps. splitting it up into 3 sets.
