you should do situps, crunches & side crunches. gettin one of them balls to sit on helps. but if you want a 6pack for real, you need to lower your fat%. for guys' 6pack to show, body fat% needs to be at like 8 or something. so you should watch what you eat & drink water alot. no junk food
