Re: NFL's #1 draft pick is....Mario Williams This wasn't a bad selection. Even though Bush has a super-high ceiling he also has a really low basement. He has never had to be a runningback alone, he played in a thunder and lightning running game. Secondly, he is a little small for conventional runningback standards. Can he pound the middle in the NFL? Questionable. Also, The Texans have Dominick Davis, who is a good player. Yeah he isn't a super star, but teams that get the first pick in the draft usually dont have super stars. Mario Williams provides a blue-chip defender who could be the best since Peppers. I personally woulda gone D'Brick or traded down, but this wasn't by any means a bad move. A little shocking, yeah, but not a terrible draft pick.
