Try an hour of cardio at least 3 to 4 days a week. Incorporate that with some weights. Change your diet. That doesn't mean you have to stop eating what you like but you do have to make some adjustments. Portion control is the key and drink lots of water. Limit fried foods unless they are cut out all together. When you feel full, STOP eating. I am going through the same thing but I don't consider myself to be fat. Just thick and beautiful. You probably are too. Don't be so hard on yourself. Stay focused and don't give up. It's easier than you think. Find a partner to work out with to gain motivation if necessary. If you are into music, buy an MP3 player and download beats that get you going. Listen to those for motivation while you are at the gym. Good luck!
