Re: im still fat take your weight and divide it by 2 and thats how many ounces of water you need to drink everyday and cuz all the salt you can outa your diet because it causes you to retain water....eat whole wheat food for lots of fiber, not bread though unless its ezekiel bread and lots of fish and other foods high in protein....hit the tread mill about n hour everyother day and n eliptical about half hour and do lots of crunches n sit-ups and whatever weights you wannna hit |
